Covid 19 Pandemic Hits When everyone went into lockdown, the company was very concerned that our clients would have a smooth transition from office to work at home, with the main focus or hundreds of salespeople and potential staff issues including, big office space and now having ability to work from home. So the first task was speaking to all the clients to make sure that they were able to use the CRM and all the systems effectively whilst working remotely. To our surprise, everything’s absolutely working fine. We actually found out that they moved into lockdown themselves a week before and we were totally unaware of – and all the systems were working exactly as they needed. Productivity So we didn’t see any down usage at all on the system. We were monitoring it very closely. We actually had contact with our clients often during the first few days and weeks whilst they were moved transitioning to the working remotely. And we actually saw that the systems was totally stable and with no dropping usage either on the client side…

What a show Virtual Vision was The first virtual conference that we had. So actually it was a challenge. For the CEO personally, outside of our comfort zone, we did a webinar for the first time, pre-recorded which got some great feedback. But really, it is very difficult to pick up new business from a conference. So it’s really just a marketing exercise method whereas beforehand it was like meeting people, having able to networking just to grow brand exposure. The ability to network was very, very limited and the branding was also quite limited. We spent a whole day on it, being manning the boost, so I’m not sure if it’s a great use of time whether you could spend the money that you put into marketing on that day into online ads and that might just be a better use of the money. But it was fun to do a webinar.

When I have to control myself is like your car.” Skale CRM is build in a user centric manor, developed with a a specific view. Super chuffed to now have so many languages as part of Skale bundle Having 18 languages on our client portal shows a real global reach of who’s using the system. So we’ve got languages on there from Vietnamese, Spanish, all the expected languages Russian, Arabic, English and Japanese. This is translated by financial translators either our clients or our own internal translation. This is not google translate. Languages has really allowed us to open up a few new worlds. By opening up new markets that by the fact of penetrating new markets, we’ve had to expand the languages that we support now. Obviously, in this day and age, there’s nothing better than to have to read something in your native language to show that you actually understand and you’re close to your clients. So having a system that’s actually in the language of the person at the place that you’re attracting really shows that you’re embedded and invested in the country and you’re not just coming from outside. Automation, VOIP, 7 new payment gateways, and 1 compliance solution. Apart from adding new partners, the reason we could do this is because of API and hooks. It could be interesting to discuss our automations especially if you’re in a speculative trading platforms. So in August time, we launched two massive new features in our systems, well three, actually. We launched web hooks. So this is the ability for our system to connect with any other system, any other any other third party, API, without doing any developments so you can set up a web hook inside of the scale CRM to notify any third party system by yourself. The second thing that we built was automations. So you can set up your own automation rules inside of the scale CRM as well. This is optimizing a lot of business processes. An exciting new Brand Strategy starts to take shape So it’s not just a new websites but also positioning as well. In October, we launched on the websites a combination of repositioning Skale campaigns in the market and updating on design which included the site. We’d realized that we went through a marketing process both internally and externally that was going to change everything. So we previously marketed ourselves as having provided a system which combined the functionality of the traditional CRM whilst incorporating into a slightly larger platform which is our customer revenue management platform, also called CRM. Really focusing on optimizing revenue, finding places where you can increase pricing where you can sell more and on the flip side also reduce costs generally in operational and technical ways by using our marketplaces or free integrated solutions, and automation rules that basically allows you to automate your processes without having to spend lots of money on an individual’s doing the work for you. How many did you say? It makes a huge milestone for scale to hit 100 payment gateways, integrated into our platform. This gives a huge benefit to our clients as we know being able to choose from a wide range of a selection for different plugin payment options too and to be able to add by themselves to the system. So again, Page 19 of 22 giving control to a client install over 100 payment gateways, allowing them to reduce their costs by not having to developer integrate and obviously increasing their revenue because they’re able to start accepting payments much earlier.
