Customer Success
Skale is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers and partners by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a genuine passion for the success of their customers. The candidate should be a proactive problem solver with impressive communication abilities. Skale is a B2B SAAS technology services provider for the Financial Services Industry.

We have been around for 8 years and are a leader in our Industry. We are based in Herzliya, Israel.

 

Responsibilities
● Own and manage the onboarding process
● Proactively own and manage a portfolio of accounts and partners and become their
trusted advisor and influencer.
● Possess a comprehensive understanding of Skale Technology solutions in order to
drive further revenue.
● Proactively build and identify opportunities within our clients and generate
expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
● Identify business opportunities with customers to improve retention.
● Manage necessary integrations between new and existing partners
● Schedule and prioritize client deliverables collaborating with internal teams.
● Be a trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality
● Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements
● At least 1-2 years of experience in a B2B SAAS technology client-facing role, leading and engaging with customers, technologists and/or partners
● Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment
● Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with diverse Operations, Technology, and
other business groups, spanning all organizational levels.
● Strong sales skills
● Ability to handle concurrent activities under pressure
● Excellent organizational skills and strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate
data into insights.
● Proactive in following up with clients and team members to ensure projects/tasks are
on schedule and delivered on time.
● Strong technical skills for guiding customers through technical processes
● Proven experience as the owner of the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion
opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and
contracting

● Passion for technology
● Fluent spoken and written English.
● Financial Service Industry experience preferred
● Basic understanding of Financial markets a must
