Customer Support

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will join our growing Team of Skalers in a new office located in Herzliya.

This is a full-time position, 5 days per week.

You are our Customer Support Star if you have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing Technical Support role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and to work under pressure.
  • Understanding of ‘Great customer service’, what it means, and why it’s important to deliver such service.
  • Ability to think “out-of-the-box and develop creative solutions to address clients’ requirements.
  • Good technical skills in web environments (HTML, CSS), knowledge of SQL & Database, AWS – an advantage.
  • Proficiency in speaking other languages is an advantage.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support clients daily via chats, emails, and calls (zoom) following the standards of the Company
  • Troubleshoot the issues raised by the clients using the tools provided by the Company
  • Escalate client’s queries to the relevant department
  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments and partners as needed
  • Update clients about the status of their inquiries under the rules adopted in the company
  • Report to your Team Leader regularly
